For five years, a economic-financial-democratic crisis has shaken Europe. Austerity, unemployment and political mistakes in the EU's timing and answers have created centrifugal forces which threaten 60 years of patient and difficult European construction. Everyone is well aware of the challenges that each country must face in order to survive in an increasingly complex and difficult world (global warming, energy and food security, international competition, globalization, de-regulation). Can we do without the European Union?
