Enzo Moavero Milanesi was the Minister for European Affairs in the government of Mario Monti until February 2013. He was previously a judge at the European Union Court in Luxembourg. He served for over twenty years at the European Commission in Brussels in a variety of senior roles. He has published widely in the field of EU competition law and is a founding member of the Journal of European Competition Law and Practice (Oxford University Press).
