What would happen if tomorrow Facebook, Twitter and all other social networks relevant to the world of journalism today were - for some apocalyptic reason - unavailable. For quite some time ie. months, not minutes. How would anyone get any work done? How would news be distributed? How would the media industry avoid grinding to an embarrassing halt? Or is the importance of social media overrated? After all, journalism did indeed exist before March 2006.
