One year to the day from the opening of Expo 2015 in Milan, Eurochocolate, cultural and planning advisor of the Cocoa and Chocolate Cluster, offers a discussion panel which, starting from local areas, explores supply chains and the Clusters: the nine thematic areas of the Universal Exhibition dedicated to agri-food products of excellence. In the background there is the relationship between local and global agriculture, viewed in the broader relationship between food, environment and local areas, in association with Confagricoltura.
