Ulrike Langer is a freelance media innovation journalist based in Seattle. She is U.S. correspondent for the German magazines Medium Magazin and Horizont and a bi-weekly columnist on digital life for the Düsseldorf daily newspaper Rheinische Post. She writes an industry newsletter on digital media innovation for the German magazine publishers’ association VDZ and organizes international study tours to the hotspots of media and tech innovation in the United States. Ulrike is a regular speaker at international conferences and gives workshops on media innovation and entrepreneurship at Hamburg Media School and other journalism education institutions. Ulrike is a native of Cologne, Germany.
