Stefania Stefanelli

Stefania Stefanelli is a lawyer specialized in private law and Associate Professor of Private Law at the University of Perugia, where she also teaches Legal Informatics and Family Law in post-graduate courses. In 2018 she obtained the National Scientific Qualification as Full Professor of Private Law. A member of the Cyber Security National Lab and of the Scientific Committee at the Information Society Law Center - University of Milan, she’s in the Scientific Secretariat of Rete Lenford – Avvocatura per i diritti LGBTI and in the International Society of Family Law. A member of working groups and international research projects on anti-discrimination law, personal statutes, digital health, digital awareness and cybersecurity, she has published more than sixty articles and five books in Italian, English, Spanish and French on the above-mentioned areas and she has taken part in various legislative bills concerning human rights.
