Ron McCullagh
founder and editor-in-chief Insight TWI
Ron McCullagh is the founder (in 2013) and editor-in-chief of Insight TWI - The World Investigates. A former BBC radio and television reporter, he also founded Insight News Television in 1991.
Insight TWI produces international documentaries and news features for leading broadcasters around the world. Insight TWI's mission is 'to make the important interesting' by telling stories from a local perspective whether through our reporters or the characters in our films.
McCullagh has broad experience of development issues in Africa with a special interest in corruption and anti-corruption strategies. He is a Bafta and Emmy award-winning documentary executive producer and director with substantial worldwide filming experience. He is a founding director of leading UK renewable energy company SolarCentury and The Frontline Club in London.
