Mauro Coruzzi, better known as the drag queen Platinette, presents the radio show W l'Italia on RTL 102.5. In a radio career spanning three decades he has been the presenter ofPlatinissima, Deejeography, PlatiNetwork, PlatiNight and PlatiNetwork while on TV he has presented Bisturi and La pupa e il secchione - il ritorno. He has appeared most recently on TV as a competitor in the 2016 edition of Ballando con le stelle. He has starred in the films Caruso, zero in condotta (2001), Natale a casa Deejay (2004), H2odio (2006) and Magnifica presenza(2012).
