Pietro Curatolo is one of the founders of FactCheckEU, a collaborative factchecking platform in six languages on European affairs. FactCheckEU is funded by Stiftung Mercator. He is also one of the founders of Pagella Politica, Italy's leading factchecking website. He has worked for the European Commission and public affairs consultancies in Brussels. He divides his time between Brussels and London.
