Matteo Giacomo Jori is a lawyer and Professor of Information Technology Law at the University of Milan. His research focuses on the legal issues associated with new technology and new media, with a particular interest in the fields of intellectual property, privacy, and data protection. He is editor of the specialist review Cyberspace and Law and the author of several academic publications on the subject of information technology law, including the book entitled Diritto, nuove tecnologie e comunicazione digitale (Giuffrè).
