Massimo Sestini

Massimo Sestini is one of the best known of Italian photographers. The events he has documented include the aftermaths of the bomb explosions which killed the Italian judges Giovanni Falcone and Paolo Borsellino and the disaster of the Costa Concordia. His photos have appeared in numerous Italian and international publications. He won second prize in the General News section at the 2015 World Press Photo awards. He is the author of the collection of photographs entitled L'aria del tempo (Contrasto Books, 2018).
