Marcello Bergonzi Perrone, lawyer, writes for the law review Cyberspace and Law, edited by Giovanni Ziccardi, professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Milan, for which has recently written a section of the new book: : Tecnologia e diritto. Fondamenti d’informatica per il giurista, edited by Giuffrè Ed. Author of many publications and speaker in many conferences on family law, privacy and new technologies law, he is a shareholder and a member from the beginning of the Circolo dei giuristi telematici, one of the most important associations of the law of the new technologies. Since 2009 he has collaborated with the Department of Informatica Giuridica, University of Milan, in particular as a lecturer for the Master in Digital Investigations course at the Faculty of Law, and has been a teacher in professional training courses for lawyers held by Legalforma.
