Laura Palazzani

Laura Palazzani is Professor of the Philosophy of Law at the LUMSA University in Rome.. A member of the Italian National Bioethics Committee since 2002, from 2008 she has held the position of vice president. She is also part of the International Bioethics Committee of UNESCO (2016) and represents the Italian Government at the Bioethics Committee of the Council of Europe. She graduated in Philosophy from the Catholic University of Milan, and obtained her PhD in bioethics at the Faculty of Medicine of the same University in Rome.
