Hans Laroes

Hans Laroes was editor-in-chief of NOS News in the Netherlands from 2002 until 2011. He oversaw the transformation of NOS into an integrated, multi-platform news organisation. As well as overhauling the NOS newsroom, he created a new relationship with the public service broadcaster's vast and varied audience. Hans chaired the EBU-Eurovision News Assembly from 2007 to 2011. He is currently responsible for EBU-Eurovision's Public Values Task Force, about the importance and shared core values of Public Service Media.
