Giuseppina Paterniti is a television author and writer and has been director of TG3 since 2018. She started her career in 1981 by collaborating with several RAI 1 programmes. In 1991 she became editor at TG3 dealing in particular with economic policy. In 2008, she became correspondent from Brussels and in 2015 she was appointed deputy director of TgR. She published, among other titles, Una nuova anima Europea – interview to Romano Prodi by G. Paterniti (Editrice Ave, 2002) and Lo stivale di carta (Editori Riuniti, 2004), with Angelo Fodde.
