Giovanni Maria Riccio

Giovanni Maria Riccio is Associate Professor of Comparative Law of Communication at the University of Salerno, where he also teaches Legislation of Cultural Heritage and Copyright. A former consultant of the European Commission, he has carried out research and teaching at many universities abroad, including Birbeck College, University of London and the Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre. He is one of the founders and partners of the law firm E-Lex, based in Rome, and mainly deals with issues related to privacy and intellectual property.
