Gianluca Martelliano is a member of the Investigative Reporting Project Italy, for which he has reported on fraud in the agricultural sector and in the field of renewable energy. He has worked as a fixer for British, French and Scandinavian publications in Italy. He produced with Premieres Lignes for France 2 an investigation into the exploitation of migrants in Italy and for The Ecologist an investigation into the orange trade in Italy. For Yle (Finland) and Aftenposten (Norway) he has written on organised crime, politics and corruption.
