Fulvio Sarzana is the founder of the law firm Sarzana and Associates with offices in Rome and Milan. A law graduate of Sapienza University Rome, his career has focused mainly on fundamental rights and the Internet. He has served as a legal adviser to various ministerial working groups in Italy on IT regulation and in 2004 was nominated as a member of the Technical Secretariat of the study committee for the reform of the Italian Penal Code He has taught information law and consumer law in various Italian universities. He regularly publishes a blog with the newspaper Il Fatto Quotidiano.
His books include Legal Aspects of Internet Commerce (Giuffrè, 1999) and Video Surveillance by Local Authorities (Maggioli, 2010).
