Cristiana Bedei is a freelance writer focusing on women’s rights, gender issues, sexuality and mental health. She graduated with an MA in Digital Journalism from Goldsmiths, University of London, and her work has appeared on The London Evening Standard, VICE Italy, VICE News, Refinery29 UK, Broadly, Dazed Digital (Dazed & Confused), The Huffington Post and The Debrief, among others. In 2014, she was awarded a fellowship by global journalism incubator Pro Journo, covering Women In The Media Industry. In the same year, she was invited to present her digital feature about gender disparity in the art world at the UCL Institute of Education's International Education and Culture week, in London.
