Bram Souffreau
co-founder Apache.be
Bram Souffreau is the co-founder (in 2009) of Apache.be, an online news site of investigative and in-depth journalism. He is responsible for the non-editorial part (web development, customer relations, administration, accounting) of Apache.be. Bram is also president of IPS Vlaanderen, a Belgian news agency with news on the developing world.
He is an experienced journalist and editor, having contributed to the free newspaper Metro and to the online and print edition of Gazet van Antwerpen and Het Belang van Limburg. He also freelances for Energeia.be and the publications of Louwers Uitgever (Bouwen aan Vlaanderen and Bouwen aan de Zorg). He created the blueprint for the web desk at the online division of Concentra and was a news manager for its news sites gva.be and hbvl.be.
