Evin Baris Altintas is a journalist and blogger who has been in the media professionally since 2005. Most of her journalistic work has focused on domestic politics in Turkey, environmental issues, women’s rights, science communication, and Internet freedoms and censorship. Currently, she is conducting work regarding Freedom of Information legislation in Turkey and around the world, and assists the various projects of P24, Turkey’s Platform for Independent Journalism. She resides in Istanbul.
