Assia Fiorillo is a socially engaged singer-songwriter whose music opens the doors of Naples and mixes jazz, pop, electronics and tradition with international languages. She was the protagonist of the award-winning RAI 3 documentary Caine, shot entirely in two women's prisons in Italy. She is leader of the band Mujeres Creando and of the group Terroni Uniti. Her latest album is entitled Assia.
