The reputation in the area of social network and rapidly increasing technologies. Protection, violation and rights.
After a brief outline of various personal rights, this session will analyze the cases in which the right to reputation, an independent right, can be compressed for the right to report news and freedom of the press without causing defamation. The limits of what can be published if such publication (allegedly) harms the reputation of the subject will be illustrated. Lastly, the remedies guaranteed by law on the issue of preserving personal reputation will be discussed.
