Luca Fraioli is news editor of the evening iPad edition of the Italian daily La Repubblica. He began his journalistic career as a science journalist for specialist publications such as Le Scienze and Sapere, and as an author for science divulgation TV programmes such as Superquark. In 1995 he co-founded Galileo, the first science journalism website in Italy. He holds a degree in Astrophysics.
