Giuseppe Vaciago is a lawyer specialised in the criminal law of new technologies. He received his PhD in Computer Forensic Research at the University of Milan Bicocca and teaches Legal Informatics at the University of Insubria. As a visiting scholar, he attended Stanford Law School and Fordham Law School. He is a member of the Nexa Center of the University of Turin, the Cybercrime Institute in Cologne and is a founding member of the Tech and Law Center in Milan. He also works as an IT consultant for Italian and international companies.
