Italian Lower House of Parliament speaker Laura Boldrini will present the Internet Bill Of Rights, the charter that had been much desired by the creator of the Web, Tim Berners-Lee. It was elaborated in Parliament by a commission of experts and deputies through a long public consultation that lasted a year and has just ended.
